Flexible Loan - System Maintenance on 31 March 2026
To support the launch of our upgraded Flexible Loan product, OKX will conduct scheduled system maintenance. During this period, certain Flexible Loan services will be temporarily unavailable.

Restricted services during maintenance
Flexible Loan access: The Flexible Loan page and related features will be unavailable.
New borrowing: New borrowing requests can’t be submitted.
Collateral adjustments: Adding or withdrawing collateral on existing loans won’t be available.
Manage your LTV before maintenance
During maintenance, you won’t be able to add collateral or make repayments. If the market moves against your position, you won’t be able to make adjustments to avoid liquidation.
It’s important to ensure that your LTV is well below your Margin Call LTV before maintenance begins, leaving enough margin to cover potential market movement.
Otherwise, your existing loan positions and collateral remain safe and unchanged during the maintenance period, and other OKX products will remain accessible.
Once the maintenance is complete, all Flexible Loan services will resume with upgraded features.
